forum issue, user not found

    When I click the "View your profile" link, I get a message saying user not found.

    Hi xcskier.borg,

    I'm guessing it may have to do with the fact that you have a "period" in your username. A "period" signifies a file extension will follow, and this is most likely causing the issue. Please email me at info@fasterskier.com, and I will arrange to modify the username.

    If anyone else is having a similar issue, please post here so we can track down the problem!

    Unfortunately I have been unable to root out the problem. It seems to affect only some users who had FS accounts at the time of the forum launch.

    At this point, the only solution is to create a new account. If you would like to use the same username and password, I can delete your old account, and you can then create the new one - let me know if you would like to do this!
