I have a quick question, why why the Johnny Klister blog taken off the blog roll? I noticed that a couple weeks ago and thought it might of been inactive for a while, but then went to the site to find it's still being updated early? It is because it is too opinionated?

or maybe jk is gone from fs because in the winter a new post is blogged every 10 minutes. kinda hard to view other blog posts with endless jk blog-spam. jk is good for chuckles, but the human behind jk sure has a lot of free time - might consider getting a life, a job, train more or do something meaningful.

@birkieturkey I've actually heard it's multiple people that have access to the blog which would explain the many posts that are specific to various places around the country.

@stormin: no problem, conspiracy theories are cool. seems like there is no shortage of fs blog spammers. first there was stinson, then johnny k, now statistical skier. i guess annoying people with hourly blog posts is more fun to some people than skiing or training (or having a life).

Andy, I don't know about Johnny Klister, but I believe the endless Alaska summer sunshine was created by Sarah Palin. And I heard that after she created it she looked out the window of her house in Wasilla and saw Russia, and then she created long sunny summers in Siberia too.

Btw employers, especially the HR department, don't

I like to post every once and a while... mostly around key Olympic years and mostly comment on how lame it is that skiers dont wax their own skis....
Johnny Klister whomever he/she/they is /are a clown in a ski suit but man does he/she/they ever capture the feeling.... like the snickers guy .... man that guy is tough. Takes me back .... like to the time when salomon made the absolute worst bindings....wait they still do... and they squeak , oh god how they squeak...
