Thanks for sharing the article it has some great training applications. If you haven't heard of them yet your should try the Classic All Terrain skis (check them out at http://www.catskier.com/) another great training tool. I've grown to love mine over the years and they have really helped my striding strength.

Yeah, CATskis are a totally respected and proven way to improve your skiing, all the best clubs, teams, and athletes are using them to teach technique and build strength.
