Hey, has anyone tried out KV+ poles? I have an opportunity to get some for a bit of a deal but I have never tried them and don't know anyone who has.

Look no further than Pettersen the sausage himself to squeeze every body crunch out of them. Never used them but if you get a good price... take em. It's a carbon shaft, worst case scenario you get handles and baskets you like...

I noticed they redesigned their handles this year, quite nice, before, they were horrendous (based on my experience with LAZL, which is the same company).

I bet you most pole shafts are made by the same Chinese kid anyway.

I have a pair of their partial carbons, and my wife has top-end carbon poles, all from about eight years ago. They seemed very good to me, though I haven't race with them. Light and stiff for the price.
