Nordic Ski happenings in Salt Lake this winter

Hi everyone,

I'm headed to Salt Lake City for work, i'd like to stay the weekend for some training/racing. Anyone know of a good time to plan the trip? When are the big nordic happenings around salt lake this year?

And by salt lake I mean Park City, Soldier Hollow, and surrounding areas.

The place to check out nordic events in SLC is the TUNA webage (The Utah Nordic Alliance). Unfortunately the link to the racing schedule still provides last year's schedule, but I know they have the new schedule mostly done as they e-mailed it to members. Also, there is a World Cup Nordic Combined event at Soldier Hollow this season ... here's let me look for the e-mail and I'll copy and paste the schedule ...

Actually, sorry ... they didn't e-mail the new schedule; I saw it in the paper copy of the latest issue of their newsletter while I was in SLC (also not posted yet on the webpage!). If you go to the TUNA site I am sure you can get a name to e-mail ...
