I'm returning to the sport after being away for a few years. When I was into xc several years ago, there was a lot of information available about what the Norwegians were doing for training. Most was from Torbjorn Karlsen of Nordic Equipment (which I have learned no longer exists). Are there any websites or books with this sort of information available today, preferably in English?

I have a copy of the Norwegian training program by TBJ that you can have. Send me your address and a large envelope with postage for an 8 x 11 book weighing two pounds.

Thanks for the offer. Are you referring to the "How to, When to, Why to" book? If so I already have that. I was just wondering if there was anything more recent since then?

Yes, that is the only one I'm aware of.
