Hi! I'm going to take advantage of business in Asia in February to go to Sapporo for the World loppet race. I was hoping to meet up with other skiers while over there - it's always much more fun when you're not alone! Or, looking for advice from people who have done it in the past.
I've already reserved a room through the Worldloppet contact over there (Minoru). But any other advice on what to do, where to go to train, whether it's possible to rent skis (I'll be coming from Bangkok), etc. will be most welcome.
Are you going, or do you know of anyone who is going? Would love to get in touch with anyone who is either going this year or has gone in the past.
