I realize this stuff gets very complex very quickly, but I was reading the Wax Book from BNS, and they made the point that there can be a big performance difference between various rub on pure flouro's.

Just so I don't feel like this is all smoke and mirrors, if what your buying is a pure block or liquid of a single substance/molecule, where do the differences come from?

    Thanks,

Flurocarbons are a class of molecules, not a specific molecule. Just like there are many different types of steel, there are different fluoros.

I have a question. How do fluorocarbons stick to ski bases?
